LEIKA.PRO works only with legitimate businesses that market lawful products and services. This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every product, landing page and creative we promote for a Client.
1. What we promote
We focus on digital products and online businesses with a clear conversion event, such as subscription products, SaaS, mobile apps, education and online courses, and e-commerce stores selling lawful goods.
2. Products and services we do not promote
- anything illegal in the target market, or that requires a licence the Client does not hold;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives and their components;
- illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, unapproved pharmaceuticals, prescription-only medicines and unapproved supplements or health claims;
- tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products;
- adult or sexually explicit content and services;
- gambling, betting, lotteries and casino services;
- counterfeit, stolen or infringing goods, and products that infringe third-party intellectual property;
- unregulated financial products, “get rich quick” and investment schemes, binary options, unlicensed forex or crypto trading, money transmission, debt collection or credit repair;
- pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing and other deceptive business opportunities;
- hate, violence, harassment or content that discriminates against protected groups;
- products or services subject to international sanctions, or businesses based in sanctioned jurisdictions.
3. Practices we do not allow
- false, misleading or unverifiable claims, fake reviews or fake endorsements;
- hidden subscription terms, “free trials” that are not clearly disclosed, or difficult cancellation;
- collecting personal data without a lawful basis or a published privacy policy;
- cloaking, redirect abuse or any attempt to circumvent advertising platform policies;
- incentivised, automated or fraudulent traffic.
4. Review and enforcement
We review every product before agreeing to work together and may ask for additional information or documents. We may refuse, pause or stop campaigns that breach this policy, the advertising platforms’ rules or applicable law. Where we stop an engagement for this reason, any unused prepaid balance is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
